Rate - At Flywheel we charge a percentage of collected rent. Why? It aligns our interests with yours. If you have a vacancy, we aren't making any money either. If we increase rent, you get paid more and so do we.

No Fees - We believe in full, simple transparency. All we earn is a percentage of the rent we collect.

Eviction Coordination - If a tenant must be evicted that we place less than 12 months ago, we foot the bill on all processing, court and legal costs. If longer than that or a tenant we inherited, we will facilitate the eviction for you at no cost, but the attorney and court costs will be billed back.

Eviction Protection Plan - If at any point a tenant must be evicted, we cover all processing, court, and legal costs. Evictions are rare but this way you never have to worry!

Pet Protection Plan - We are a big believer in pets! Tenants with pets tend to be more responsible and stay longer. Since we screen pets before approval, we are confident you'll enjoy the extra pet rent and deposit with low risk of damage. With the PPP, we cover all pet damages and losses up to $3,000. Our semi-annual inspections will catch damages long before they get that high!

HVAC LEP - The #1 cause of damage and shortened lifespan to heating and cooling units is old, dirty air filters. It strains the system. With this program, we make sure 90-day filters are replaced each quarter. Even 3 years added to the useful life of your HVAC can save you $100's!
